Faith is not obtained by emotion. You can cause yourself to get excited about things, which can be good, but not if it is pure drama. We see way too much drama nowadays, anyway. Just turn on the TV. The news is full of drama, and game shows, movies, sports, and music are using it to keep the attention of the people. The more outlandish, the better. Instead of working yourself up about a purely fictional story, why not work on your faith? The Bible is pure truth, written by people inspired by God, Himself! There is plenty of excitement in there, and instruction for living. The best part is, when you read it, speak it, and study it, faith in God and His Power will come automatically. You see, “faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God,” (Romans 10:17, KJV). As in any endeavor, what effort you put in, you will get back. Faith is not an emotion, but can surely bring emotions when applied to move mountains, and solve problems by using God’s Word.
