Does great fear come on you when you think about death? Do you sometimes wake up with a hopeless, sinking feeling that all your life is in vain, that you really have no reason to live, but are simply traveling through a maze of trouble and heartache? Come to Jesus. Listen to what he said in John 11:25: “I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live: And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this?” (KJV). This is the “Blessed Hope” of the Christian faith. We don’t have to be reincarnated, and go through this junk again and again. We don’t have to sacrifice to unknown multitudes of gods, because we have Jesus! We don’t have to wake up with depression and doubt hanging over our heads, and take drugs or smoke dope to cope. Just rest every day in Christ our Savior, who makes “a way through the wilderness, and rivers in the desert,” of our lives. (Isaiah 49:19, KJV). Come on, jump in, the water is fine!!
