Do not let scenarios from the devil play in your head like an old familiar movie.  satan can lead your imagination to envision (picture yourself) in bad situations without help or hope.  These bring fear instead of faith!  When these videos begin to play, find the source:  your head or your innermost being.  The first is satan, and the flesh. The second will line up with scripture, will be from the Holy Spirit, and will bring perfect peace...  Proverbs 20:27 (NIV) "The human spirit is the lamp of the LORD that sheds light on one's inmost being."
