God enhances, corrects, and overcomes our human nature and abilities when we let Him! We can expect supernatural help with wisdom, strength, and provision if we will serve and obey Him, and ASK! Four young men, Daniel, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, were captives in a foreign land. They decided to fast from the King’s rich food to honor God, and because of this, they had many supernatural adventures with God. Daniel 1:17 says “God gave them [Daniel and his friends] knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom: and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams.” Pretty cool to be “ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his [the king’s] realm” (Daniel 1:20). When you ask Jesus to be your Lord, and choose to honor Him, you can can do cool things too!
