For thousands of years in the Old Testament, the Messiah was written about and proclaimed. From Genesis through Malachi, he was described. Then- He was born in Bethlehem, rode on a donkey, and caused the blind to see, the deaf to hear, and the lame to walk. All these things came to pass because they were spoken by the prophets. John 1:14 states, “And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth” (KJV). We must see this: The Word becomes flesh. Those things that are spoken will come into the physical realm. We will be able to see those things that we repeatedly speak, because we are made in His image. This changes everything!
